1. Game Item Terms and Conditions

  1. Each account is subjected to only 1 purchase of a Fortune Crate bundle.
  2. Each sale is limited to a set amount of Fortune Crates. No first-party sales will be conducted outside of the preset amount or sales period.
  3. All transactions will be made using the NowPayment option. Any loss of assets due to any other method of payment will not hold Monsta Infinite accountable.
  4. Monsta Infinite will not be accountable for any loss of crypto and fiat related investments due to purchase of Fortune Crates. DYOR before investing or purchasing.
  5. The Presale and/or Seasonal Fortune Crate sales are conducted within the premises of Monsta infinite, included but not limited to the Marketplace and Tapwar.
  6. We do not condone nor take part in 3rd party sales other than certified Fortune Crate distributors and agents or mentioned otherwise.
  7. After successful completion of Fortune Crate purchase, the Fortune Crate will be available in your game account.
  8. Any issues regarding wrongful transactions due to negligence and/or outside of our responsibilities will not be entertained and not be held accountable.
  9. Monsta Infinite will not be accountable for loss of assets due to scams, phishing sites and self negligence.
  10. The terms and conditions for Presale and Seasonal Fortune Crate sales are subjected to change without prior notice.

2. Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Your intended item of purchase is locked for 15 minutes from the moment your QR payment code has been generated.
  2. You have 15 minutes to make the payment before the QR code expires.
  3. After 20 minutes, a new purchase must be made and a new QR code must be regenerated.
  4. If you have successfully paid within the 15 minutes period but failed to attain Fortune Crates due to other factors such as network congestion, a refund will be manually issued within 48 hours of the transaction.
  5. You will not be refunded nor obtain a Fortune Crate if you made a transaction to the QR code after the 15 minute transaction window.
  6. Monsta Infinite will not be held liable for any errors or loss of assets during the transaction process.
  7. The terms and conditions for payment transactions are subjected to change without prior notice.
  8. The exact amount must be paid in 1 transaction. Splitting or paying less than the required amount will result in unsuccessful purchase and you will not be eligible for a refund. Overpaying the required amount will not result in a refund.

  3. Purchasing Fortune Crate Monthly Pass entitles you to receive 10 bundles of Fortune Crates throughout 30 days; Distribution will be done every 3 days.
